NIVEA Extra White SPF30 Body Lotion: Get you a body moisturizer that comes with SPF too.

Cappadocia with NIVEA

Whenever I’m traveling to less humid countries, or places with a colder climate, I definitely pack in a bottle of body moisturizer. You know that feeling when our tropical-weather-accustomed skin gets dry, and moving your body hurts because your skin is not sufficiently hydrated? Even worse, when your skin starts to have “cracks” because of the dryness.

I was in Cappadocia last week, and the weather in the Turkish desert is dry, and incredibly sunny – it’s approaching summer so I essentially am dealing with harsh sunlight from 6am to 8pm. If you’re heading for your vacay this summer, definitely get yourself the NIVEA Extra White SPF30 body lotion. Besides keeping your face protected from your usual facial sunscreen, don’t forget to protect your body as well. If you plan to be out and about traveling, your normal basic body moisturizer ain’t gonna help much. The newly launched NIVEA Extra White SPF30 body lotion comes with SPF30 UV protection, contains glycerin to hydrate and soften skin, with 50 times more Vitamin C to lighten skin tone and sun spots! So you can sun-tan and be the summer-loving- explorer you always wanted to be!

I used the body lotion everyday while I was in Cappadocia, and it kept my skin feeling moisturized and hydrated all day long. I like going out in the sun and getting a really nice bronze tan, but I’m increasingly paranoid about how the harmful UV rays can get, so it’s good to know I’m getting protected from the sun with the lotion. Oh and not to mention, I absolutely love the smell of the body lotion – I can be out and about in the sun but still smell so good!

This blog post was shot at Local Cave House, Göreme, Cappadocia. As you can tell, the weather here is amazingly perfect, and Cappadocia is everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more. Be sure to take care of your skin with a good body moisturizer before you leave the hotel, and protect your face and head with a hat!

There will be a more comprehensive Cappadocia travel guide coming up, so stay tuned. x
