5 Workouts You Need To Try At The Gym
Tired of being just on the treadmill or the stationary bicycle whenever you gym? In today’s post, True Fitness and I bring to you 5 amazing workouts you can do with lesser-known gym equipment that will work your abs, hamstrings, glutes, and triceps!
Gymming at True Fitness has always been incredibly fuss-free: tap your members-only access card, grab a towel, place your belongings into a personal locker, and you can choose to hit the pool/ treadmill/ gym equipment/ classes for a refreshing workout – the choice, is endless.
And I don’t know about you, but I’ve always been a bit shy (or clueless) when it comes to trying out new gym equipment. “Am I doing this right? Will I embarrass myself? There are people who seem so much fitter than me on these machines!” are thoughts that come to me, and I’ll end up just turning to more familiar machines like the treadmill, or the stationary bicycle for a workout lest I embarrass myself.
But since I started gymming at TF though, I’ve always been impressed with their personal trainer programme, so I thought, why don’t I work with a TF trainer to bring to you 5 brand new workouts you can try using lesser-known equipment (here’s to looking like a gym pro!)! These equipment will also aim to help work out the muscles you want at a more efficient rate!

NOTE: For the exercises below, always maintain a neutral spine and activate your core muscles as you engage in the exercise. All the exercises below are great for improving posture as well (perfect for me since I suffer from scoliosis and chronic back pain)
